You should not avoid getting vaccinated, vaccination reduces the risk of getting infected, even if you get infected severity of infection will be milder and chance of you giving covid infection to others is much lesser.

It is ok to take the medications. But I would recommend you to opt for natural food stuffs like legumes like chickpeas, lentils ,beans seeds like sesame nuts like almond cashew which are high in zinc content. As zinc is a trace element we need it only in small quantities. Also the most important thing in covid is eat healthy stay healthy. Drink lots of water. And most importantly sanitize, wear masks and keep social distancing.

Dear user, yes you can take becosules and zincovit. Cannot comment on the other two as they are ayurvedic. Your family can also take this. In addition to this vit c can also be taken. Once a day is enough. Twice a day is not necessary. Good luck. You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this by clicking on my photo and clicking on book appointment, however if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /good feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

If you're taking a shower to help you sleep, the temperature matters. Experts recommend that a lukewarm shower 60 to 90 minutes before bed is best. While cold and hot showers have their own benefits, they're not ideal for sleep. A cold shower stimulates your mind and body (the opposite of what you want before bed).
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Dear user, you do not require any tablets. Eat healthy and have lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat more citrus fruits. More importantly stay home unless there is an emergency. The next couple of weeks are very important and only we can prevent casualties. Follow strict covid protocol when going out. Good luck.
