Hello,
that is a big misconception you have,
rich people go to cafes and drink those tempting coffees because they can afford the over priced drinks.
They generally eat healthy and home made food.
They do not go out in sun.
They travel in cars (i. E. No sun exposure).
They take good care of their skin and keep it clean.
It is not about rich people are fair, it is about awareness.
Anybody can take precautions for healthy and clear skin.

Drinking a cup or two throughout the day can be relaxing, but this much is bad for you. Coffee and tea are dehydrating and addictive.
Whenever you have an urge to have coffee, have a glass of water and have some fruit or light snack instead. That would have a better impact and help you concentrate better, without harming. Having this much coffee actually kills your appetite.

Black tea is not injurious to health. If you add sugar and milk to it then overdoing this kind of tea is harmful to the body. Same with coffee. As per research some are genetically slow metabolizers of coffee and some are not, so it is better to have 1 cup of coffee per day to get your satisfaction.
