Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken.
Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner. Microfruit and cytofresh tablet after breakfast.
