Chest Pain Health Feed

I am 18 years old. After studying, I had a strong chest pain in my upper left chest. It lasted for more than 1.5 hour. And stopped for sometime and came back again. And it increases while changing position. Can you help me out please sir?

Two months ago left side chest pain started next day after drinking alcohol and smoking while breathing or moving. After that it was recurring after every one or two days and goes its own. Not smoked or drink in last two months. Sometimes pain present back side. Age 30 years.

On mobile. Chest pain so 2 ecg done which are normal trop t cardiac normal. Next month crp and hs crp test are normal. On mobile 2d echo normal. So in how many months I have to do these test again. But some times chest pain ,neck pain, upper back pain vitamin d deficiency now what to do?

Yes it means no chances of cardiac disease. Yes deficiency of vit d3 and vit b12 might be deficient. Check and revert me reports.

While walking ,after one hour of meal, I feel burning sensation in middle of the chest grausualy rising above. After taking sorbitrate I feel relax. Please advise me and prescribe effective medicine for cure.

My husband having severe chest pain, eructation and difficulty in respiration. He got admitted immediately to the hospital but after couple of hours got released. We visited the doctor and he is under medication now but still having difficulty in respiration. Please suggest.

1.no alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water medicine can not be advised for open question ,for medicine and further advise contact on private consults. Good luck.
