As far as MRI is concerned the report needs surgery to remove the disc which is bulging out to reduce compression. Though clinically you may have a different picture than what is in MRI so you have to consult a doc and get properly examined and evaluated and discuss things face to face the same.

Hello Lybrate user. Giddiness or dizziness is only symptoms .ther are may reasons .it can be associated to cervical spondylosis and also can be of BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, bppv lasts abt 40 t0 60 second .if it goes more than 60 sec than it other kind of vertigo. Proper examination is key to success. Schedule a consultation to neuro or Ent specialist. If they find it BPPV epleys maneuver will works for this.

Do hot fomentation over your cervical area twice a day. And do isometric cervical strengthening exercises. You can search these exercises on Google. Avoid using a pillow while sleeping. You should roll some towel or bedsheet and place it under the cervical curvature to support the curve while sleeping.

As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercises.

And only physiotherapy can help you in overcoming your so said health problems. Do not consume pain killers for extended period of pain. For vit D, make sure you get exposed to sunlight atleast 20 mins a day

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
