Hello, yes cervical spondylosis can be related to the visual disturbances. Our visual centre in brain from where the sensations are travelled to our eyes is located on the back of skull i.e. Occiput which is in close relation to the cervical region of spine. There may be nerve compression and other symtoms like tingling and numbness on arms, shoulders and back of head.
