Gestational age by lmp 7 week. But in abdominal ultrasound there is a intrauterine g.s of about 1.71 cm and of about 5 weeks 5 day. Foetal pole not visible. ðð.my doc suggest me to repeat scan after 10 days again. Can this pregnancy survive or not?ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼plz reply.

Hello, if you wish to know early about the viability then you would have to do a serial beta hcg test in 48 hrs gap and evaluate the trend of hcg rise.

Hello, as there is no foetal pole, so one has to wait for another 2 weeks. If no foetal pole at even 8 weeks and then its an anembryonic gestation.

I've just had an ultra sound, and I had a transabonimal and transvaginal study performed. The uterus is retroverted, mobile, measuring 346 cc with and endometrial thickness of 12 mm. Multiple fibroids are noted in the anterior and posterior aspects demonstrating both intramural and subserosa position, the largest subserosa anterior 42 x 40 x 54 mm. Cervix is closed at 3.7 cm. The right ovary is markedly enlarged to 74 cc secondary to a homogenous cyst with internal echoes measuring 34 x 35 x 36 mm and similar further lesion measuring 20 x 24 x 165 mm. Left ovary unremarkable at 12. 77 cc. Both are mobile with no tenderness to probe pressure. No adnexal mass or free fluid. Can someone help me to let me know what this means. Do I need to worry about my right ovaries being so large?

There can be mass effect due to size of tumor compressing on adjacent organs and also giving extra load to lower spines. Compression on ureter can cause hydronephrosis and secondary hypertension. Maybe your tumor is big enough to cause this.in this situation surgery is the only option and if your family is complete you might do tahbso .it reduces chance of future ovarian problems too.

This pain subsides after first few days of period. Is it because of the fibroid or should I be concerned about any cancer. She is scared to visit the hospital due to covid issue so not being able to get a pelvic examination done. Please suggest me on what could be the possible cause for this and any solution on an emergency basis. Thank you.

I am 46 years old and 20 days back (6/05/21) I got to know I have fibroid which is about 2 mm (27×22 mm) with endometrium grossly thicken to 21 mm. I was suggested to take regestrone for 21 days, with 3 tablets a day for the first week and 2 tables for the next week continued with 1 table for the last week. I skipped for two days in the first week and later on continued with the course and took 2 tablets for 8 days, but my course didn't get completed and I got my periods on 23-05-21. I am given styptovit -e twice a day for next 5 days. Should I undergo endometrium biopsy?

The biopsy should be done without having taken the Regesterone. Take the styptovit for now and if you are able to get the biopsy done next month, get it done before your next period date. If not take Regesterone again for 3-6 months and then go for it when the situation improves.
