My mother has been diagnosed with uterine fibroids. She has been suffering from severe abdominal cramps during the first few days of menstruation along with bloated feeling, acidity, lower back pain and pelvic pain. This pain subsides after first few days of period. Is it because of the fibroid or should I be concerned about any cancer. She is scared to visit the hospital due to covid issue so not being able to get a pelvic examination done. Please suggest me on what could be the possible cause for this and any solution. Thank you.
