If you want to save your tooth then only solution is rct it is painless only time you might have pain is just few seconds before injection but for that your dentist will put spray or gel to numb that area so that you will not feel needle.
The whole procedure of rct should be under anesthesia and you must not have pain at any moment.

Yes certainly. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello Lybrate user. I advice you to do scaling once. Then check for dental caries. If any dental caries present then do restoration or root canal treatment. Drink more water. Eat healthy food. Take vitamin c and d supplement. Use dental floss. Use mouth wash. Follow the instructions mentioned for one week. If the bad smell got reduced. You can follow the same.
