Hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

It cannot be predicted.
They removed the cyst but they did not cure your body's tendency to produce cyst again and hormonal imbalance.
It is just like cutting a stem of a tree.
Break one and two more will grow.
Better take homoeopathic treatment.

Carpal tunnel is common in females. Its not paralysis. There is a nerve in wrist which gets compressed and leads to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Please get an EMG of both upper limbs if your problem is not getting solved. This test will tell us about nerve compression and decision regarding treatment can be taken.

Ovarian surgery is not so serious and problems are rare but its procedures have some complications. Problems such as excessive bleeding, infection, blood clots, damage to other organs or issues occuring with the use of anesthesia. Risk increases if you smoke, drink alcohol, suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, if you are pregnant or you have gone through abdominal surgery.

It must be due to pressure on one side of the body and due to your bad posture in lying. Pour hot water while taking bath which will help you to get relieved from pain
This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

No, there are no food restrictions.
But surgery is not a solution.
You are removing the end product of disease while the disease itself is still there and the cyst can grow again. Or it will come out in another form in future.

Ovarian surgery is not a major surgery but it involves few complications which are rare. Damage to other organs during the surgery is one of the biggest risks involved. Problems related to the use of anesthesia may occur.
