Though all reports are normal as stated by you but you have not given your height weight etc as you may be a case of metabolic syndrome and high bp is one of the criteria your first degree relations like chacha, mama may be having high bp though high bp runs in families but at times one may not get definite family history the social emotional and enviornmental causes may also pray a role I advice you to check your bp once a week only for 4-weeks before checking bp take rest or be at ease for 15-...more
