hello sir, take high protein diet. have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. don't skip your meals. take soy milk, whole pulses like rajma , white channa, black channa , soy beans etc. take panner, tofu, egg , omelette, buttermilk, dark chocolate, cold coffee, any sweet item after dinner. do stretching exercise alternate days.
