This is normal. Just correct your posture of sleeping so that there is no pressure on hands while sleeping. Pressure leads to blockage of blood supply to hand, most of the times it's harmless, but prolonged pressure might damage your nerves due to lack of blood supply. So don't worry for whatever happened till now, just be careful for future.

Hello sir,
it is a normal phenomenon of the body which lets the scrotum shrink and draw testes upwards when it is too cold outside. As the testes require 2 degree less temperature from the body for spermatogenesis, they hang below and away from the body, dartos muscles helps in regulating the temperature around the testicles. There is nothing fearful in the size of penis. It will erect normally on arousal with normal blood flow in the penis.

Dear sir
the symptoms are common with your medication. However, please speak to your treating physician about whether a reduction of the dose can be done in your case so that the side effects may be lesser.

Their could be an involvement of nerve supplying to that part of thigh so it would be better if you consult an orthopedic surgeon. He would examine the thigh & would suggest you the best possible line of treatment.

Yes it can be treated completely surgery is dependent on grade of periodontist if you don’t want surgery then regular check up and teeth cleaning (scaling) required and maintenance of oral hygiene required no it can’t be cured by homeo medicine.
Use mouthwash daily.
