Dear Lybrate user,
any teeth break at or above age of 15 years can not come again. You should prevent your teeth from trauma. In the case you loose your tooth at or above the age of 15 years you can take FPD (dental bridge). Which replaces your natural tooth.

The line of management depends
1. On the extent of amount of tooth loss
2. Condition of each tooth along with their supporting structures The treatment ranges from Crown build up to rct followed by ceramic or zirconia crowns.
Implant or bridge is given only when there is a need of extracting one or more teeth.
Yes you being very young, a right treatment with proper and experienced skills is a must for long lasting and esthetically good treatment results.

Excessive intake of starch and sugar oriented foods lead to tooth decay and this dental condition is often associated with other serious symptoms like dental pain, gum swelling and others. You often get into this mess of losing part or whole of the tooth, and this is actually a nasty situation in several ways. You may get severe pain there, or the sharp edge of the broken tooth may cut the cheek and other areas of the skin in the mouth white chewing or biting. Besides, if left untreated the broken part may accumulate dirt and food particles and can later form serious infections in the gum too. It looks bad too when a front tooth is broken, and often leaves your inner mount with cu...more

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars," these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

The symptom of bleeding gums warrants referral to a periodontist or an appropriately qualified dental surgeon.

Hi
it is normal for the the upper front teeth (central incisors) be still unerupted 6 months after their normal eruption date which is 7-8 years of age. The eruption is considered delayed when the child is above 8 1/2 – 9 years old.
Since there is a history of trauma, and its of concern, an xray can be taken to identify and locate the position of the teeth. It will help in the decision of further treatment,
mean while consider massaging the gums by gently rubbing them with clean fing...more
