Hello, Extent of fracture will determine the treatment. If no symptoms are persisting, the filling should suffice and if extent of fracture is more, ideal line will be rct and crown.
First get it checked by dentist and den seek the appropriate treatment.
Thanks.

Extent of damage determines the treatment plan and its cost.
It is very much possible to make your teeth appear similar or better than before.
First requirement is examination of the condition then only treatment options and cost can be decided.

Root canal treatment is usually painless these days, due to recent advancement rcts are done in a single visit by endomotors. After rct is over it wi take another two appointments for crown placement.

Hello, As you have described the condition you have severe deep cavities in your multiple teeth that is the reason for the radiating pain in head and ear. Home remedies are not going to help you at this stage you have to visit a dentist and get x-ray done base on that if teeth can be saved get them restored else get them extracted. There is no point of keeping such infected teeth in your mouth. Thanks.

Hello, kindly visit a dentist and get a x-ray done of the broken tooth accordingly it can be treated by filling, root canal or extraction depending on the condition. There is no point of taking pain killers without getting it checked clinically.
Thanks.
