It’s not because of masturbation. I need details of case. In the meanwhile do this 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.
4. Drink hot liquids --hot ...more

Hey lybrate-user just relax. It is more of anxiety issue rather than cardiac problem. And it is always best to consult md physician and avoid google. Try to do meditation and think of good things in life and create positivity to avoid anxiety episodes. If symptoms still persist, then you need medical treatment or else it will worsen. Hopefully this helps. You can consult me privately if required.

Fluid overload is a common problem in patients with kidney diseases especially those on dialysis. The best solution to this is
-restriction of liquid intake- you should restrict liquid including water, milk, tea, etc roughly equal to the amount of urine passed
- reduce salt intake
- regular dialysis
- you can take tab dytor if your doctor thinks it would help you.

I get random chest pain (mostly left side) and shortness of breath (like shaking and feeling like I can not breath) and even tingling in my legs and arms. These events occur randomly (while playing basketball, sitting in a car, waking up in the middle of the night, after going on a run, and other random times). I have had blood tests, chest xray, ekg, echocardiogram and stress test and nothing abnormal except sinus bradycardia / sinus arrhythmia and on one ekg in july 2018 an incomplete right bundle branch block. Many doctors and cardiologist have said its nothing to be concerned about and think it is costochondritis/ anxiety and maybe even gerd (heartburn). I may also have a gluten or folic acid intolerance that runs in the family. I am worried this chest pain and shortness of breath is something more concerning. This chest pain also happened after smoking marijuana 4 years ago and has been present since. I stopped smoking ever since. Could the chest pain be related to the marijuana? Any ideas? Any other tests that you think need to be done? If so immediately or just in the future? Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user ,marijuana effect won't last for these long years. You need not worry as your symptoms are atypical and specially unrelated to activities. Still if you to clear your mind then go for tmt. My advice would be to join art of living or yoga class or meditation class.

First of all, it should be excluded whether you have got any heart (e.g. Ischaemic heart disease) or lung (e.g. Chronic bronchitis) problem. If any such is present then treatment of that condition should improve your walking/running. If your heart and lungs are ok then high blood sugar itself can limit your exercise capabilities, and blood sugar should be controlled. And last but not the least, cigarette smoking is notorious to invite many problems, especially of lungs and quitting smoking will ...more
