It’s the starting of problem. As u r smoking since one month only. There are no pathological changes, it’s on functional grounds only. U can revert it by quitting smoking.

According to your details your BMI is 29.5 it means that you are over weighted. and yes your problem is related to your weight. you need to reduce up to 15 kg. whatever way you want to choose but reduce your weight even you can consult me again for that. i would suggest you take it seriously because it can create so many other health problems specially heart related. and always try to keep on you side.

If you are allergic to feathers then yes kitten can be a cause. 1. Do saline gargles.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice

First stop smoking as bresol or any medication won't give better results if do not quit. Take it 1 hr bef or 2 hrs after food and consult Dr. always before you decide on something.
