SEES is equivalent to visual looming syndrome. It is problems with visual perception that causes people to inaccurately think that a stationary object is moving toward them & might poke their eyes. You need to do a dynamic xray of ls spine (xray ls spine lat view- in full flexion and extension), to check for instability. You have to be put on a regime of pain management, exercise and physiotherapy- which is all that is required in over 90 percent patient. In case of failure of conservative management, you might need surgical intervention.
