Most of such problems are due to recurrent infection by the susceptible bacteria/virus/ skin parasites and then allergic process etc ---low immune status ; lack of environmental hygiene and personal hygiene etc. Are risk factors --kindly try to improve the above factors and wear soft mcr chappels always. If infection recurs--take treatment at the initial stage of the problems itself.

If youve gone through menopause, you should nt have any menstrual bleeding. Menopause means you havent had a period in at least one year.
If you have any bleeding -- even if its only spotting -- you should see a doctor. Theyll want to rule out serious causes. Like vaginal dryness, polyp,or may be carcinoma. You should visit to gynaecologist and after some test or local examination real cause should be rule out.

There might be some injury.
Give some rest and it will heal.
And look for if your periods are happening in time or are irregular.
If you feel anymore discomfort, then contact me, or contact your nearby gynaecologist.

Hello-
having sex may make your periods shorter. Muscle contractions during an orgasm push out the uterine contents faster. That could result in shorter periods.
