Hello I an 50 year old female my menstruation has stopped in february 2020. For few days my vagina does bleed when passing stools. What might be the reason.

If youve gone through menopause, you should nt have any menstrual bleeding. Menopause means you havent had a period in at least one year. If you have any bleeding -- even if its only spotting -- you should see a doctor. Theyll want to rule out serious causes. Like vaginal dryness, polyp,or may be carcinoma. You should visit to gynaecologist and after some test or local examination real cause should be rule out.
