Dear lybrate-user,
at your age, it is slightly unusual to be feeling tired. However according to your height, you need to lose 4-5 kg. Kindly start consuming more dairy products.
Avoid nuts, seeds or dry fruits because they contain phytic acid which is antinutrients. If consumed in large quantities causes mineral deficiencies.
Also if there is family history of diabetes, kindly get tested.
Avoid smoking if you are a smoker.

Start metformin 500 mg od
diet - avoid sugar and fats.
Don't fry or sweeten anything.
If she wants tea give green tea or normal unsweetened tea.
Reduce no. Of rotis to 2 per time.
Give her more green vegetables.
Avoid rice paneer can be given once a week 100 grams max.
Fruits can be given
avoid dry fruits
sweet fruits should be limited as well. Like mango ,cheeku, no more than 1 serving per days
watermelon can be eaten unrestricted.

Hello lybrate-user. You should get some blood test done- cbc with esr, iron profile, thyroid profile. Many women have low iron and that causes tiredness. Increase spinach, pista, apple, dates in your diet. Exercise and drink plenty of water daily. Consult me if you have any further inquiry.
