You might be suffering from either neurogenic claudication (nerves getting compressed at your joint). Some nerve suppressing medications alongwith physiotherapy can be useful. Although, you should be evaluated in detail for finding the exact cause. Mri of your spine will pin point the diagnosis. Once we find the cause, treatment can be decided. In any case, chances of need for surgery will be very low. Need a detailed history for further opinion.

most of neck and back problem are mechanical and can be easily treated with physiotherapy.
I advise you following
1 do hot water fomentation for 15 min twice daily
2 apply local ointment like volini
3 do neck retraction and back extension exercises for 1 week and core strength exercises

do it for 1 week no improvment than consult nearby physical therapist
wishing you a speedy recovery
thanks

You should not continue the tablet as taking it daily can affect your kidneys. You can take multivitamins for some energy and for loose stools you need to tell in details as how many episodes are you getting in a day and what is the consistency of the stool. Kindly consult me for further queries.
