1. Quitting cigarettes does not cause any immediate harm 2. Cigarettes are so easily available that one does succumbs into temptation of smoking just 1 more before stopping altogether.

Dear lybrate-user, smoking is injurious to health. Even when you take one cigarette per day, it is capable of cancer. Quitting is not that easy. Though deaddiction therapy is useful, I would suggest you to just quit it in one go on a fine day. You need to sustain it with the help of will power. Motivation therapy and mind power therapy should help you. Please consult a psychologist
