Dear lybrate-user
if you are looking medicines for increasing stamina I will advise you to refrain from them. Stimulants does not provide long lasting benefit. Regular moderate exercise & good nutrition can be helpful. Energy drinks & protein shakes are for sports person who needs instant extra energy. If you feel dizziness every day in the evening homoeopathic treatment may help you.

Hello, Majority of the supplements are recommended by fitness trainers, as they only look for temporary results without considering its, side effects. I have always maintained the, fact that diet corrections, recommendations and recommendation of any supplements should be judged only by a well qualified dietitian, as taking it under recommendation of any fitness trainer can harm them, since most of the physical trainer lack in indepth knowledge.
