-To increase your hemoglobin have a iron & folate rich diet as in green leafy vegetables, fruits, lean meats, eggs, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, dates, jaggery, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts
- for vit d, exposure in natural sunlight for 15-20 min in the morning after 10 o'clock is required, have a diet rich in vitamin d as in fish, mushrooms, egg yolk, fortified milk & dairy products, orange juice & cereals.
