Give him almonds soaked in water, remove skin in morning, also fry egg n add honey daily in breakfast, skip month wise.

Thyroid seems to b your main problem. Take med regularly. Avoid roti take oats, salad or lemonjuice in breakfast or dinner, go for walk, do wt exercise n avoid stress.
