Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Diet and food has very little to do with TSH levels..
Better concentrate on proper treatment..
You may consider taking homoeopathic treatment side by side as it has very good chance to cure it and no need to take medicines life long...

Diabetic patient should aovid sugar, jaggery (gur, honey.He should aoid sweet fruits like banana, mangoe,grapes, cheekoo,dates etc. High fibre diet whih includes lots of vegetables and salad are good. Meals should be small and frequent. Bread/chapati made of whole grain floor are better than refined (Maida).
