Dear Raj. Thanks for the question. A healthy and normal adult should sleep around 7 hours per day for healthy body and mind. In those 7 hours sound sleep will be around 3 hours. To get good sleep, you should have physical exercise, clutter free and stress free mind and good diet. You can also practice pranayama and yoga which promotes sleep. I can help you if you desire so. 1. All events are predetermined and once in a while we are in the sublime state of consciousness when we are able to witness it.

Having dreams is normal. However, having dreams that are affecting your sleep does seem to be a very abnormal case. If there are other things associated with sleep difficulties like sleep talking or sleepwalking or nightmare or bedwetting, it would only be well worth it to consult a neuropsychiatrist. Hello. Ms. As per information you have provided you are only 2 kgs over weight, which can be easily reduced. If you are having abnormal fat deposition in your body then you need to start exercise and get your body toned. Try yogas and stretching. First build-up your stamina with aerobics and free hand exercises, then after a week or so, start with gyming under a professional who can guide you for which exercise to be done for toning which body part.
