No sir, it will not affect your brain. The dream is part of you not beinf able to get deep sleep. I would advise you to try and workout a good sleep pattern, start with some mild to moderate exercise so you can get good deep sleep. Which will help you not get such dreams.

Try to relax yourself --
exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Even if 2 lines. Write every single day. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh.
Massage.
Eat a healthy diet.
Pursue one hobby
walk in nature
meditation.
Yoga.

try to have a routine for sleep. Go to bed at the same time every day, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Try not to watch too much television and definitely no tv ophone usage for at least one hour before bed time. Eat a light dinner and keep at least 3-4 hours between dinner and bedtime.
Besides this you can try meditation or listenining to soft instrumental music before going to bed.

You need to plan your sleep properly and avoid all electronic gadgets near you while going to sleep and follow healthy lifestyle and I am sure this sleep issues and dreams issues will get corrected. I suggest you to drink a cup of milk at bed time by adding 3 pinches of turmeric.

try to do regular excercise, (walk 4 km in 40 mts is ideal). take timely and proper diet.
