Dear Lybrate user, you should consult your general physician for this problem. There are many immunity boosting tonics and capsules available in the market. Himalaya is one company that manufactures lots of these but you should consume these under the supervision and on the advice of your physician only. Tr consuming natural immunity strengtheners like tulsi leaves, ginger, garlic, citrus leaves, almonds etc. Incorporate these in your diet.

Best nutrition for 6 month pregnancy is rich iron, calcium, protein, and follic acid. Eat green leafy vegetables, pulses, milk banana, all seasonal fruits. Avoid un healthy food and spice. Vomiting is common in pregnancy, but if severe then visit to to doctor for that. If, pain is slightest then don't worry about that.

You can't think of no milk at that age. First of all you remove the thought of not having milk from your mind you must sit comfortably and suckle the baby. No drug will help to improve milk although there are galactogogues in the market. Drink lot of water and have good food.
