Hello dear, bone loss cannot be rectified by any medication, moreover treatment can be done depending on the type of bone loss (horizontal /vertical). Without visitng the clinician it cannot be diagnosed properly. As a precautionary measure get your scaling done frequqently depending on your oral hygeine status.

First of all you have to take care of your oral hygiene. Proper brushing technique two times a day and flossing are two ways in which you can keep your teeth healthy. As for the damaged teeth, they need to be treated as the teeth and the eyes are two parts of the human body which cannot heal by themselves. You can go to visit a dentist in your nearby government hospital or dental college in case you are short of money.

Hello, mam I would be more than happy to advice you for your baby, first of all always clean the oral cavity with warm water, you can use a cotton swab, dip in lukewarm water and clean the tongue and the palate nicely after every feed. This is the best method to avoid toothdeacys.
