I've had tooth extraction (left upper molar) in the end of may this year and on the very next teeth i've got cavity. Dentist did filling on it and currently I don't feel any pain there. Due to absence of molar teeth, my front teeth has started to shift towards left creating gaps in between. I want to have implant but dentist said it is risky as this is case of upper molar pressure on screw can cause sinus problems. He has advised me to go for bridging. Is it worth? Can't dental implant be done in my case?

Regarding implants you need to show some radiographs without which it is mere guess. Once radiographs are available modified implants can be planned.
