No it's not due to those medicines, it may be due to something else, well you have to avoid fatty foods, avoid oily food, do regular exercise, you need proper homeopathic treatment for this purpose, well you have to extract the teeth.

No point in making half its of no use waste of your time and money.
Either you make full or nothing at all.
But if you weigh between that, getting a full is advisable for overall well being of your health.
If you don't want removable one, get implant supported dentures, that is fixed and you don't have to take out or wear.

Yes you can go for adhesive dentures if you have two or 4 teeth remaining in your each jaws only it's possible otherwise go for removable full dentures.

If the cavity have not reached the nerve level
if there is no infection at the base of tooth
if there is no swelling, fever
then after removing all the carious part, dentist will check while working. If it is not deep then dentist can fill it up .and tooth can be treated without root canal.

RCT is best treatment. Till now take very fine (like maida) and mustard oil and lavang oil. Do 'gandoosh' (Ayurvedic doctors will tell you). Also do phitkari khulla twice to thrice a day for few days.
