Just taking multi vitamin will not help,exact cause or deficiency should be known and accordingly the medicine /supplement can be prescribed.But since you are Breast feeding your calorie and nutrition intake should be high,if you are not getting the time then have good protein in the form of mik,yogurt,low fat paneer,lentils,whole pulses,nuts also have fresh veg juice ,dates in general.Get your thyroid levels checked.

•Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato.
•Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Diet and food has very little to do with TSH levels..
Better concentrate on proper treatment..
