Chyavanprash is a complete tonic. however few people do not like to continue with it. to use simplest combo Ashwagandha, brahmi and Indian gooseberry powder 1:1:1 ratio 1/2 tsp total may be taken with milk (prefer cow nilk). sometimes, say three days in a fortnight 1/4 tsp of dry ginger powder may be added to milk to keep 'Agni Pradeepan' intact keeping your digestion, metabolism, assimilation food perfect.
