Respected Lybrate user. Above you mentioned so called" noise" are physiological. It means those are normal sounds every one feels like this. But above you mentioned sentences. Means."i think you're suffering from lack of mobility, flexibility in your body" for this please consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment or consult physiotherapist.

It is advisable to put hot packs on your wrist and finger. Also, you need to do wrist and fingers exercises which will help to relieve pain and stiffness. Basically aim of your treatment plan would be reducing symptoms and slowing the disease progression.

Dear from 10 years you are suffering with spine issues then have'nt you consulted orthopedic doc or if you have taken any x-rays? If any reports available do share.
Kindly check for you posture, calcium levels.
Visit physiotherapy clinic and get assessed for the issue or can also visit ortho doc for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Respected lybrate-user. Allopathy doctor's are advised to your father's for knee joint replacement. I hope they are (doctor's) monitoring of your father's diabetic levels (which are too high and not k that commit for surgery) doctor's are controlled completely without you're father's suffers.
