Hello madam,
do not take much medicines. But, any medicine you are taking, use the medicines regularly. Focus on your work you need to do. Focus on one activity and complete it .then after some rest period, you focus on another activity. Do some relaxation exercises. Be confident. Faith on god.

Dear Priyanka,
It is perfectly normal to become anxious due to lock down. During anxiety, the bp fluctuates. Please talk to someone close to you. Don't check your bp repeatedly. It usually fluctuates with position, exercise and tensions. It may not be bp disorder needing olmin. Palpitations are also common with anxiety due to lock down. Please check temperature by a thermometer and if it is above 99 degrees, please go to local doctor. Now many of them are open.

Your health. Your thought process. Everything is with you. Just need little polish. Don't be scared. No body is going to kill you or eat you. Talk to one psychologist/ counsellor. Develop positive habits.
