For many people anxiety can be chronic. Your psychiatrist has given the best medicine for your condition. If your brain does not produce enough serotonin, you will have relapse of the symptoms once the medicine is stopped, it can be few months or even years after stopping too. You will be most likely needing continuous treatment. Consult your psychiatrist and take the escitalopram for a longer time. Good luck.

exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Even if 2 lines. Write every single day. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh.
Massage.
Eat a healthy diet.
Pursue one hobby

Etizolam is a temporary medication to treat anxiety. Since it is a benzodiazepine it is not advised for long term regular use. You will likely need SSRIs or SNRIs for your anxiety treatment, which address the causes of anxiety. Good luck

I think that your seizure when using weed was induced by it. It appears that weed does not agree with you and so those reactions. You had, in other words, a bad trip. Sometimes, it could also mean that you had some susceptibility to anxiety and the uses of the weed precipitated it. Therefore, it is advisable that you take sertraline and follow your doctor's instruction faithfully. I also recommend that you meet with a counselor and go through some therapy as well. In therapy, you will learn a ...more

I donã¢â€â™t know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say donã¢â...more
