You need homoeopathic medicine. It will repair internally. Endometriosis. Nd you will get completely cure. It may take time up. To 1 year. But ideally you should take homoepathic medicine this is safe way. Operation is solution.

You have given qn incomplete information but still I will try and answer to best of what I can make out. Well she is married for 6 years and has not conceived since the last abortion in 2013. An ovarian cyst has been removed for her you have not provided her age as well. It would be best that they visit a fertility expert who can evaluate her ovarian reserve as with even the best surgeons ovarian surgeries reduce that. Also that they evaluate her tubes and husband semen test is also done.

For endometriosis related pain various treatment options are available. Your gynecologist can start you on hormone therapy which will relieve your pain. If you still have pain and your laprascopy is also negative, you can benefit by treatment with special medication and /or intervention by a pain specialist (superior hypogastric plexus block). If you have tried all treatment and still pain is persistent, consult a pain specialist in your city.

Having pcos should not be your concern. You should be concerned having your issue only. Try for conception as usual. If after 3 months of trial you do not get pregnant then seek advice of a gynaecologist.

Hello Ms. Lybrate-user, it's just been one year that you are trying for pregnancy. In one year about 70% women conceive and in 2 years about 80-90%. So if your tubes and other parameters are fine you should try for a few more months before anything invasive. Laparoscopy is a surgery where camera is passed through a small cut to look at pelvic structures and any abnormalities like adhesions etc and do necessary procedure simultaneously if possible. All the best.
