Kindly mention your height.
You need to eat more calories than your body burns to gain weight.
To gain weight, eat at least three meals per day and make sure to include plenty of fat, carbs and protein.
There are several other things you can do to gain weight even faster. These include drinking milk, using weight gainer shakes.

I would suggest you to take 5 to 6 small meals in a day. Increase your  calories intake. Balancing your macros and micros. If you take morning and evening tea replace it with banana shake adding some nuts to it, add milk to your diet, add whole grain food avoid eating refined foods, add lentils and legumes to your diet, add more of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid fried food, avoid soda drinks. Replace white rice to brown rice. Add eggs to your diet .no. Alcohol no smoking.
