Trust your doctor and get bypass surgery done.
I am sure your team of doctors will take every care about anesthesia and blood loss during the surgery but one cannot give up on hope at age 70 . having to live with 3 vessels blocks.Left hand pain indicates unstable angina.

Good to know about no blockages in heart vessels and normal endoscopy reports at age 42.
Your blood sugar reports & BP should be in control too, so I presume.
Our eating habits are faulty-accept it.
Acid is produced within stomach to make food softer to digest and process is going on @ 24 hours whether we eat or fast-both are bad if done in excess.
Drink either of these every 2 hours so that acid does not remain collected in stomach. It gets moving the healthy way without hurting...more

CT angio has its own limitation and can not b replaced by angiography .
( as percentage of blockage can only b ruled out in angiography and DM patients are on more risk of blockages)
2 d echo and stress test indicates whether you must go for angiogram or no need of it if your heart function well.
so send reports of your 2 d echo and stress test to help you.
