Hi Sir, How to do wound dressing after a LIFT procedure for a transphincteric fistula at home? My fiancee had a 5.5 cm fistula extending from his right cheek of the butt to his sphincter at 6 o clock position and it's been 2 days since the surgery.

I would suggest to keep it open. You may place a clean handkerchief to cover it. Do site bath twice daily. But do follow your treating doctorâs advice.

Hi Team, My anal fistula is completely recovered without any pus or blood. However, I still feel pain inside sometimes. It's almost 2 months over after my surgery. So only pain I have, no pus and blood. So it will take more time to get over with pain. Does fistula occur again after my surgery without any pus and blood. I am still taking antibiotics like Linid (linezolid) and Farobact 200 recommend by surgeon. Kindly suggest with pus and blood I recovered bit I am feeling pain. So is it serious? Thanks

Hi If there is no blood or puss not to worry. This painful sensation may be continue for next 2 to 4 months.

Sir, my father have problem from last 3 months. He took the medicine for temp. From govt hospital. But after a day his mouth was full of infection .How we don't know hope fully the reaction of the medicine or may be expiry date. After we make a small surgery of (haryinian) in English I don't know the particular name after surgery he was ok. But from last 3 days he is not eating the food only liquid drinking. What is the problem should we discuss or may be some thing In it mind.

Sir it will be better if you take your father to a doctor. This could be a case of allergic reaction with the drug. You need to know that perticular drug to avoid intake in future and get treatment for the existing condition.

Hi, Respected doctors I have recently started my orthodontist treatment. But while extraction of teeth when doctor give injection in my mouth, suddenly I am going into unconscious stage. Nearly 5 minutes I didn't understand what's going on. Before extraction I did not take any breakfast or meal. Just by taking tea I went for extraction. What r reason for my unconsciousness. Please help.

It's called a syncope because u were empty stomoch. Hypoglycaemia. Fear of unknown. Sudden anxiety posture etc may reduce blood supply or sugar or both to brain n u loose conscience but revived the moment u r head is bright low so nothing to worry

Wisdom tooth is one of the rudimentary organs. This means that exists in our our body but has no function.
It is not intelligence to keep the decayed wisdom tooth in your mouth bcoz it will decay d adjacent required tooth. So its very much advisable to go for extraction bcoz it has NO SIDE EFFECTS OR AFTER EFFECTS.

..if supposing I extract three teeth at a time how will you eat and how will u take the pain after extraction ...for all three teeth.. teeth extraction advised one at a time ..
