Hi, Yes this is for all the components of blood. It is iron deficiency not overload. Also include iron rich foods in your diet like Dark green leafy vegetables, Watermelon, Dates, Dried fig, Bajra,Brown Poha, Garden cress seeds the richest source of iron. These seeds can be soaked overnight and taken with lemon. Lemon water a source of vitamin C can be taken for good absorption of iron.
