It all depends on weather conditions, in dry hot weather We need more water to drink (up to 15 glasses), in hot and humid weather we need 8 to 10 glasses of water, in dry cold weather there is need for 5 to 6 glasses of water, in cold humid weather only 3 to 4 glasses of water is sufficient.

Drinking too much water can lead to a condition known as water intoxication and to hyponatremia. Excess usually goes to the urine, sweat and other insensible water losses. The important thing is to drink the 4 liters over the course of the day.

It's always advised to have 2-3 liters of water per day. Though many factors decide how much water you actually need like season, physical activity, medical condition.
Try to see that you do not reach a stage of dehydration before you think of having water, include fluids through dals buttermilk juices in your diet and see that your urine is colorless.

Taking only medicines will not help you to get relieved of constipation. Consume 3-4 litres of fluids per day. Eat high fibre diet like raw vegetables and fruits and sprouts, go for an hour walk daily and you can do sitz bath twice daily. All these will help to relieve constipation.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.
