First of all donot lose hope. You seem to be very anxious so meditation and Yoga is going to help you in calming your mind which is of prime importance currently. Just join some yoga classes in your neighbourhood. As far as the skin lesions are concerned I will need to see the lesions before commenting on the treatment.
