I have anxiety issues and have panic attacks almost every time when I am in a crowd or in a situation to give an exam. My heart starts to beat at a rapid rate and I feel frozen. I cannot move a muscle at that time. It almost feels like my heart is going to stop or I am going to die. At that moment I am not able to breath also. Even the thought of something like this makes my heart pound fast and I feel like I am dying.
