When the symptoms will be improved, repeat thyroid profile, if normal, gradually taper ssri under supervision of doctor.
Identify any stress factors
symptoms mostly related to hypothyroid along with few somatic symptoms related to stress

- the most important thing is to avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long & to be sufficiently hydrated
- avoid moving in the su after 10-10.30 am till evening
- carry a water bottle & keep sipping water throughout the day, also have fresh fruit juice /coconut water, avoid more than a cup of tea, coffee per day as it can lead to fluid loss
