A diabetic person can take amino acid supplement. Basically it is protein supplement. I do not understand the relationship between protein supplement and hormone deficiency. ED is a commn complication seen a person with diabetes, when the disaease is not well controlled or when it is present for a long time (10 plus years). Strict glucose control is primary requirement, plus certain medications may help. Thanks. Thanks.

To get b12 vitamin wah all veggies & fruit nicely & consume with skin. To keep uric acid have veg protein source like dal, pulses thrice a week & if you are nonveg have egg, fish,chicken twice a week.
