Hi. Your high esr value is 30 and it is not very high. Although you have pain in legs and bones, may be due to low vit d level or less water intake. Try to do exercises for legs especially streching exercise along with vit d supplements daily. Try to visit your nearest orthopaedic doc or physiotherapist. Thank you.

Hi lybrate user ,The fluid in your joints comprises a gel substance and gas, including oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. If you compress your joint and move close to the end of your range, there is often enough pressure to release this gas, resulting in a popping sound. Bones rubbing against each other will make a grinding sound.
thanks and regards

If you had disc herniation 4 weeks back, by now your pain should be better and you should be doing back strengthening exercises. If not taken physiotherapy treatment then I would suggest to take proper therapy with Precaution and correct set of exercises. Pain radiating down the leg means nerve compression is there it should get better with the therapy ..only taking medicines will not help.

Hi,
you predominantly have gerd. Pain may be due to overlapping symptoms of dyspepsia (epigastric pain syndrome) or gerd related.
Anxiety can precipitate or worsen the symptoms of gerd. If you have taken ppi (pantoprazole, omeprazole etc.) for some time regularly and have no symptom relief or if you have difficulty in swallowing, vomiting, blood in vomit, weight loss. Then you will benefit from consulting a gastroenterologist.
May need to undergo, endoscopy +/- oesophageal manometry.
