Dear lybrate user. You don't have to take any medicines. You quit smoking. Immediately your body starts repairing your longs and other organs. Let your body do it. In the meanwhile you can help enhance the process. Include good amount of fruits and fruit juices in your diet. Also make sure you do a lot of physical exercise and take part in outdoor games. Lybrate-user taking 30 min everyday for exercise is possible if you manage your time. Since you are busy so I would say take extra care of food what you eat, because when food is taken without daily exercise, it become obvious to gain weight, eat heavy breakfast, normal lunch and very light breakfast, if you want to lose weight in just 2 months start a habit not to eat dinner after sunset and you will miraculously lose weight.
